Plan tiers

The API reports plan identity and capabilities only. GET /api/v1/plans returns the tier list:

What higher tiers unlock

Capability progression across tiers (feature identity, not quotas — quotas are what the money buys and are shown in your billing console):

Your current allowances and usage are always visible to you:

When a monthly allowance is exhausted, generation is refused with an explicit message rather than silently degraded.
